• Provide corporate clients with local property market intelligence and market research • Formulating and executing strategic real estate plans for corporate clients • Identify, analyze and evaluate property options for clients • Manage commercial property leasing transactions • Communicate with clients' global / regional corporate real estate executives • Identify, create and develop new business opportunities

• 語文條件	英文 — 聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通；台語 — 中等
• 擅長工具	Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint、Word、中文打字50~75、英文打字50~75
• 具備證照	普考不動產經紀人、不動產經紀營業員
• 其他條件	1. Bachelor's degree with 3 years relevant experience 2. Good written and spoken Mandarin and English 3. Have a passion for real estate 4. Leadership and cross-functional communication skills 5. High sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure 6. Self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented
